My Personal Journey to Time Blocking

As an entrepreneur and virtual assistant, I am always looking for ways to improve my productivity and time management. I’ve tried various strategies, but none of them seemed to work consistently. I have often found myself overwhelmed and struggling to prioritize my tasks, which leads to long work hours.

Then one day, a friendly YouTuber suggested that I try time blocking. At first, I was skeptical. How could scheduling my day into blocks of time help me be more productive? But I decided to give it a try.

I also found that regularly reviewing my time-blocking schedule and adjusting it as needed was crucial to optimize my productivity. And with the help of time-blocking tools like Google Calendar and Trello, I was able to stay organized and focused.
