I’m Now CAIVA™ Certified. Here’s What That Actually Means For You.

I’m officially CAIVA™ certified and I’m honestly so excited I could cry.

If I’m being honest, I already did.

Not because I collected another badge for my website, but because this certification reflects four very intense weeks of building real, practical AI systems that small business owners can use right away.

This was not a “watch a few videos and print a certificate” situation. It was roll up your sleeves, test, refine, and implement.

What Is CAIVA™?

CAIVA stands for Certified AI Integrated Virtual Assistant.

In simple terms, it means I am trained to:

  • Look at how your business really runs day to day
  • Identify where AI can safely and effectively support your workflows
  • Design and build systems that save you time without adding confusion

It is not about replacing people. It is about removing the repetitive, manual work that pulls your focus away from clients, strategy, and revenue producing activities.

What I Built During The Program

Over four weeks, I did not just learn concepts. I built working systems that are already being used and refined inside real businesses.

Here is what that looked like:

1. Automated Workflows

I created automations that quietly handle the repetitive tasks that eat up your calendar.

  • Sending follow up emails on a consistent schedule
  • Routing client requests to the right place so they do not get lost
  • Updating tracking sheets and dashboards so you are not glued to spreadsheets

You set the rules. The system does the busywork.

2. Custom AI Assistants

I designed AI assistants that are tailored to specific businesses, not generic chatbots.

Examples of what these assistants can do:

  • Draft client communication in your tone of voice
  • Summarize long notes, transcripts, or reports into something you can act on
  • Help prep for sessions, meetings, or launches using your own materials

The key is that they are built around your way of working and your language, not random internet content.

3. Knowledge Bases

I built organized “brains” for businesses, where important information actually lives in one place and can be searched and reused.

That includes:

  • SOPs and checklists
  • Client frameworks, models, and tools
  • Past emails, articles, and resources you share often

Instead of digging through Google Drive, email, and sticky notes, you can quickly pull what you need and keep everything consistent.

Why This Matters If You Are Overwhelmed By AI

A lot of business owners are in the same place right now.

You are hearing about AI on every podcast and in every email. You are curious, maybe even excited, but you do not have time to:

  • Test every tool
  • Translate tech jargon
  • Figure out how to make it all work with your existing systems

So it gets pushed to “later” while the admin pile grows and your days get longer.

CAIVA training gave me a structured way to step into that gap.

My role is to:

  • Filter out the noise
  • Choose tools that make sense for your specific business
  • Build and document systems that your team can actually use

You stay in the role of leader. I handle the implementation and ongoing refinement.

The Results You Can Expect

Every business is different, but here are the types of outcomes I aim for:

  • Saving 10 or more hours a week by automating recurring admin
  • Shortening decision time because your information is organized and easy to access
  • Reducing mental load because you are not holding everything in your head
  • Improving client experience with consistent communication and follow through

It is about creating space. Space to think, to lead, and to enjoy the business you worked so hard to build.

Who I Build This For

This work is especially helpful if you:

  • Feel behind when people start talking about AI
  • Are constantly context switching between tools, tasks, and teams
  • Have strong services and great clients, but your backend feels scattered
  • Want systems that support growth without turning your business into a rigid machine

If you have ever thought, “I know I need better systems, I just do not have the time or energy to figure it out,” then you are exactly who I had in mind during this certification.

How We Can Work Together

I am currently accepting new clients for AI focused operations support through Wrennovate Business Solutions.

Here is how we typically start:

  1. Quick fit check
A brief conversation to understand your business, your current systems, and where you feel the most pressure.
  2. Audit and recommendations
I review your workflows and tools, then outline where AI and automation can realistically help, and where it should not.
  3. Build and implement
I set up the workflows, assistants, and documentation you need, then we refine together based on how you use them.

If you are already a client, this certification simply expands what I can do for you. If we have not worked together yet and you are curious about bringing AI into your business in a thoughtful, grounded way, I would love to talk.

You can schedule a free discovery call here or share this post with someone who needs this kind of support. I will take excellent care of them.
