Hi, I’m Torrie Wrenn Eubanks.

I help coaches and service-based entrepreneurs keep the operational side of their business organized so they can focus on their clients and the work they do best.
With more than 30 years of experience in business workflow and logistics, I’ve built my career around solving the behind-the-scenes challenges that keep businesses running smoothly.
Many business owners reach a point where the work they love begins competing with the operational details required to keep everything moving forward.
That’s where I come in.
My Professional Background
My career began in healthcare administration with a local hospital system before transitioning into roles supporting human resources and operations for a large privately held company headquartered in South Carolina. At the time, it was one of the largest privately held businesses in the state and operated nationally in healthcare distribution and technology services.
In those roles I was responsible for a wide range of operational functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, systems coordination, and staff training. I also supported the workflows and processes that kept departments organized and operating efficiently.
Working alongside experienced leaders gave me a strong appreciation for how well-designed systems and clear processes support successful organizations. I saw firsthand how thoughtful operational structure allows people to do their work more effectively.
Those early experiences shaped the way I approach my work today. I bring an organized, practical mindset to business operations and focus on helping systems run smoothly so leaders and teams can concentrate on the work that matters most.
My Path to Wrennovate
When my daughter was born in 2003, I began working virtually as an independent contractor so I could continue building a career while staying present for my family.
During that season of life, I also homeschooled my daughter and ran a successful eBay consignment business. Building that business gave me firsthand experience with entrepreneurship and sparked a deeper interest in creating something of my own.
Over time, my professional background in operations, workflow, and organization naturally led me back to the kind of work I do best: helping businesses stay organized and run more smoothly behind the scenes.
That path eventually led me to create Wrennovate Business Solutions, where I now provide reliable, professional executive assistant and operational support to entrepreneurs and service-based businesses.
Today, I work with business owners across the country who want a trusted partner behind the scenes of their business.

Outside of Work
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, serving in my church and local community, or caring for our rescued fur babies.
Running my own business has allowed me to build a life that balances meaningful work with the people and commitments that matter most to me.
